Competitions at Telford Equestrian Centre

Showjumping
On alternate Tuesday evenings we hold unaffiliated showjumping competitions. You can come along and jump a well built course with brightly coloured fences and a variety of fillers (intermediate and open classes have fillers) all year round on our floodlit 30mx60m all-weather outdoor arena. The warm-up area is located right next to the outdoor school in our 25mx50m indoor arena.

Our competitions provide the ideal situation for novice or nervous riders to have fun in the clear round and build confidence in the novice class, while the more experienced competitors can enter the intermediate and open classes.

Schedule as follows:-
6pm – 7pm Clear Round …… £2.00
From 7pm Mini Novice 50cm. £5.00
Then Intermediate 70cm ……..£5.00
Followed by Open 85cm ……£5.00

Dressage
Unaffiliated Preliminary and Novice Tests to be arranged. Contact us for details.

Cross-Country Course.
Telford Equestrian centre now has a cross-country course of a variety of fences ranging from 1ft 6” to approx 2ft 9” in height with a 3ft option under construction planned to be completed later this year. The course is regularly hired by The Albrighton Branch of The Pony Club for x-country events due to take place from May 2009. Please contact The Pony Club for schedules and entries.
